Job Description
This is a hybrid medical receptionist role. The right candidate will provide excellent patient service at the front desk. No prior medical office experience is required. We will provide training for the right person.
Greeting and welcoming patients to practice.
Assisting patients with filling out new patient information. Collect copays, deductibles and self pay balances.
Answering phones.
Scheduling follow-up appointments, scheduling and cancelling appointments.
Helping out in all areas as needed. Hours Monday thru Thursday 7:45 to 5:00 pm and Friday 7:45 to 12:00 pm
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
